All our customers details and informations are treated with high security and privacy and will never be disclosed anyone except the authorities

Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.

All trips and reservation will be receiving an invoice emailed and the bill will be disponible at the time of the trip.

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

All rates are calculated in Euro.

Rates

Bucharest Limo has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most

major cities and airports.

Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing

Bucharest Limo hourly rate or distance rate.

Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Bucharest Limo facility until the time it returns to the

Bucharest Limo facility, with 1 hour minimum.

All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way

plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.

Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

Wait Time and Stop Time

Bucharest Limo is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving

on a commercial airline.

Bucharest Limo does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving

on a private plane that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.

Bucharest Limo does monitor also train schedules, therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a

commercial airline.

Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will not be charged .

Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing Bucharest Limo hourly rate.

Cancellation and No Show Fees

Cancellation of sedans within minimum of two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up will not be charged.

A 'no show' fee equal to 20 % from the basethe base fare price of the trip .

To avoid a 'no show' fee call +40-720-394-492 if you cannot locate your sedan.

Cancellation of vans/minibuses with less than six (6) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.

Holydays

 A 10% roumanian holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on:
New Year's Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
 

Events Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motorcoaches)

All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Bucharest Limo hourly rate.
Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Bucharest Limo facility until the time it

returns to the Bucharest Limo facility.
All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way

plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.
 

City to city

Roundtrips include up to four hours of wait time and must be completed within the same calendar day,any trip which takes more than eight hours may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver.
Wait time over four hours will be charged at the prevailing Bucharest Limo hourly rate.
 

Other

Bucharest Limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions

and breakdowns.
Bucharest Limo has insurance for the passangers and for their luggage.
